1-  Wear proper hijab/khimar. This means that you must obey Allah's command to cover everything apart from your face and hands (on which opinion is divided). The clothing must be loose and not revealing the shape of your body, it must not be see through, it must not be too eye catching and it must not resemble the clothing of a man or the non-Muslims. Wearing it is a command by Allah swt, we have to obey this rule or face punishment.

2-  Avoid fancy hijabs in bright colours, with patterns or tassels or sequins. Hijab should be plain and simple in design, with maximum coverage. Not a single hair can be shown and the neck must be covered. Plain colours such as black, brown, dark blue and white are best.

3- Do not wear make-up in front of any non-mahram males, that includes in laws. Do not leave the house wearing make-up. During Eid, using sparkly lip gloss, eyeshadow, and lipstick is perfectly fine. However, using a little makeup is okay as long as you don't abuse your right to wear it. However, there are still debates about whether or not you're allowed to wear it. Since there's no obvious answer, follow the tips above. If you're not sure about wearing it outside, that's okay, but you can wear it in front of a mahram.

4- Consider that hijab is not just the headscarf. This is a common misconception. Skinny jeans, see-through clothes, and tight t-shirts messes up the whole modesty concept. It is preferable to wear an outer garment outside, such as an abaya or jilbab, because even loose clothing is sometimes not Islamic enough.

- Wear your scarf in such a way that it doesn't come open to expose your neck and chest. You can wear a scarf any style/way you want as long as you keep it simple and sweet.
- Make sure that no non mahram sees you violating the dress code. Even though your dad and brothers are mahram, you should dress modestly in front of them too, for respect.
- Wear surma instead of eyeliner. It freshens up your eyes.

 School is a complicated thing. You want to socialize and have fun, but also do well and give yourself the best change for a future. It's important to buckle down and earn good marks, but it can be easy to push your work to the background. Anyone can learn to do well and improve their scores to start doing their best. 1- Create a positive attitude. You may ask "how does creating a good attitude supposed to boost up my mark?" 1- Think about it. You can't compare anybody to them. Yes, on days you may feel like saying "I wish my mum had Angelina Jolie's lips," but you don't really mean it, even if you think you do. Parents are the people you should love a lot in your life.

2- Be communicative. A nice, simple greeting like "Hello," "Hi," or "Good morning," will brighten their day. You don't have to say "Salutations, paternal and maternal units," and even though this may make them laugh, deep down they just yearn for an "I love you" from you.

3- Remember that if you sacrifice one thing for them, they will sacrifice another million for you. Keep that in mind and you'll love them even more.

-  In order to show your love for them, help them in any way you can, even if it's a small matter like finding the hair brush.
-  Have Post-It notes with encouraging writing and love notes from you on them hung around their workspace or bedroom.
-  Always give them advice about their health, and remind them. "Dad, aren't you supposed to get a vaccination today at 5?"
-  Show them some memorable pictures of your family, like on holidays or at birthday parties, and look at the happiness in their eyes.
-  If you do all these things, your parents will be very, very happy.

In Islam, women are advised to follow rules that at times may appear to clash with western standards of fairness and equality. However, one will come to notice that everything Muslim women are told to do ultimately benefits women. If you are a Muslim female who feels that she has been lacking in her religious duties, it is not too late to turn that around, regardless of your age or what you have done.

 1- Understand that all shall be well with Allah's will. Allah is inclined to forgive minor sins for He is All-Understanding and All-Forgiving. Even if you feel that you are already too deep to become the good Muslim that you truly can be.

2- Dress modestly. This means that you have to cover your whole body. You have to wear lose clothes. Hijab is not supposed to be fashionable. Rather, it is a command from Allah (SWT). Avoid clothes that are too tight. Remember that it is obligatory to cover the whole body except the face and hands, which are highly recommended, although some scholars held the view that it is obligatory especially in the Hanbali school of thought. If you truly believe according to the evidence it is obligatory, then go ahead and make an effort to cover your face with the niqaab and your hands with gloves as no harm can come from it. This also helps you to change your whole outlook on what is acceptable and what is not.

3- Repent and ask Allah (swt) for forgiveness for any sins you commit. You need to let go of past mistakes and work on improving the future. Whatever has happened is done. It is in the past and there is nothing you can do to change it or better it. The only thing you can do is sincerely repent to Allah (swt) and ask Him for forgiveness and leniency in punishment. Use those negative experiences as motivation to get better and do good.

4- Pray five times a day. Before you get on the prayer rug, learn what the prayer words mean to enhance your contemplation within prayer. If you do not speak Arabic, try to find some translated versions of the prayer words and take some time to read and understand what the words mean. Start making prayer a normal part of your day, the way eating is a need of ours, our spiritual food is prayers.

5- Read the Quran. Read the Quran and also try to read the translation of the Quran and truly try to understand its meaning. You can read the translation in English as well. Reading the Quran will help establish a useful relationship with Allah and will also allow you to understand how beautiful the religion is. 6- Hang out with good friends. Going with the theme you may want to make friends who share your mission of being a good Muslim. If you are lucky enough, you might spot a Muslim girl your age. Never forget that mixed gender friendships are fraught with danger and therefore strictly forbidden in Islam outside marriage.

7- Marry a good man who will be a good model to your children. Raising children with an evil man can traumatize them or they could take a bad example from him. Such a bad marriage will spread evil in the world. If you are already married with a bad person, divorce him and fight the hypocrite in the cause of Allah (swt).

How to become strong?

Everyone wants to be strong. But most people don't know how to become strong. Life is so much difficult that without being strong one can't even enjoy ones life. First of all, let's define the word "strong". Does it mean overcoming life's difficulties quickly? Does it mean ignoring obstacle ?

    Think about it.This is the first step. You may need to forget your sensitiveness. Think about any difficult moment of the past where it was very difficult to remain happy,to maintain your calm. How was your state of mind? How is life now? Have you changed in any way? Have you changed your perspective? I bet you have. Don't just feel stronger now? Prior to that you couldn't imagine a life so difficult.But now you have come out so strong. And hence you are a Strong person. Take pride .

هناك مقولة قديمة تقال عن التفاح وهي "أن أكل تفاحة واحدة في اليوم يجعل الطبيب يتسول خبزه" وقد أثبتت هذه المقولة صحتها بعد معرفة الخصائص الغنية التي يحتوي عليها التفاح وماله من آثار صحية على الإنسان.


شجرة التفاح من العائلة الوردية وتزرع على نطاق واسع في جميع أرجاء العالم , والنشأة الأصلية لشجر التفاح كان في غرب آسيا وهناك أكثر من 7500 نوعا من الأصناف المعروفة للتفاح , وزرع ما لا يقل عن 55 طن من التفاح في العالم عام 2005 بقيمة تبلغ حوالي 10 مليار دولار وقد أنتجت الصين منها حوالي ثلث كمية الإنتاج ثم الولايات المتحدة فإيران ثم تركيا وإيطاليا وروسيا والهند. وتتعد أشكاله وألوانه , فمنه الأحمر والأخضر والأصفر. وللتفاح فوائد كبيرة على الصحة نظراً لتمتعه بمركبات فريدة, وهنا سوف نستعرض مكونات التفاح وما فوائد التفاح.




القيمة الغذائية للتفاح

1.ما فوائد التفاح لهشاشة العظام:
وجد الباحثون الفرنسيين أن إحدى مواد الفلافونويد "هي مجموعة مركبات عضوية تعمل على الوقاية من أمراض القلب والسرطان وأمراض أخرى" وهو مادة "فلوريزين" موجودة بالتفاح وهذه المادة تؤدي إلى أن تحمي النساء بعد انقطاع الطمث من مرض هشاشة العظام , وأيضا هناك مادة أخرى تدعى "بورون" تعمل على تقوية العظام.

كانت دراسة حديثة قد أكدت أن الأطفال الذين يعانون من مرض الربو وتناولوا عصير التفاح بشكل يومي قد أدى ذلك إلى أنه الصفير قد قل في صدورهم عن الأطفال الذين قد شربوه لمرة واحدة في الشهر , ودراسة أخرى قد أكدت أن الأطفال الذين يولدون من أمهات كانوا يتناولون الكثير من التفاح أثناء حملهم قد أدى ذلك إلى انخفاض معدلات إصابتهم بمرض الربو عن الذين لم تكن أمهاتهم يتناولون التفاح بشكل كبير خلال فترة الحمل.


3.ما فوائد التفاح للقولون:
التفاح غني بمحتواه من الألياف التي تعمل على سلاسة حركة الأمعاء وبالتالي يساعد في الوقاية من اضطرابات المعدة وعلى ذلك فإن الاستهلاك المنتظم من ثمار التفاح يؤدي إلى تحسن عملية الهضم. وتؤدي مشاكل القولون إلى زيادة حدة الإمساك وبعض الأمراض في المعدة, وتعمل الألياف الموجودة في التفاح على زيادة عملية الهضم وتفريغ الأمعاء طبيعياً وهو أفضل كثيراً من الأدوية التي تساعد على تطهير القولون. ومن جهة أخرى, فقد وجد علماء صينيون أن مركبات ligosaccharides المستخلصة من التفاح كان لها الفضل في قتل ما يقرب من 46% من خلايا القولون السرطانية, حيث تفوقت على العقاقير الكيميائة. وتوجد هذه المركبات بشكل طبيعي في الفواكه والخضروات مثل التفاح.

التفاح مفيد جدا لعلاج فقر الدم وهو نقص الهيموجلوبين في الدم والتي يمكن أن تزيد نسبته في الدم إذا ما تم تناول غذاء غنيا بالحديد مثل التفاح .

إن تناول التفاح يساعد على تنظيف الأسنان واللثة فهو يقلل من حدوث التجاويف بين الأسنان , وعندما تتناول التفاح فإن الألياف التي به سوف تعمل على تنظيف أسنانك في حين أن له خصائص مضادة للفيروسات تعمل على حماية الأسنان من البكتريا والفيروسات.

وجدت دراسات قد أجريت على الفئران في جامعة كورنيل أن "الكيرسيتين" في التفاح قد يعمل على حماية خلايا المخ من نوع الشقوق الحرة الذي يؤدي إلى الإصابة بمرض الزهايمر.

وفقا لدراسة قد أجريت على 10.000 شخص يتناولون التفاح بنسب كبيرة قد أدى هذا إلى تقليل خطر الإصابة بسرطان الرئة إلى 50% ويعتقد الباحثون أن هذا يرجع إلى احتواء التفاح على مستويات عالية من الفلافونويد والكيرسيتين والنارينجين , وفي دراسة أخرى كانت قد أجريت على الفئران في جامعة كورنيل قد تناولوا تفاحة واحدة يوميا قد قلل هذا من خطر الإصابة بسرطان الثدي بنسبة 17% وأن أولئك الذين تناولوا ثلاث تفاحات يوميا قد قلت خطر الإصابة لديهم إلى 39% , بينما الذين تغذوا على ست تفاحات يوميا قد قلل هذا من خطر الإصابة بنسبة 44% . أما بالنسبة لسرطان القولون فقد أوجدت دراسة قد أجريت على الفئران تغذوا على قشور التفاح أن نسب الخطر بالإصابة بسرطان القولون قد انخفضت ‘إلى 43% ويظهر بحث آخر أن البكتين في التفاح يقلل من خطر الإصابة بسرطان القولون ويساعد على الحفاظ على الجهاز الهضمي , بينما هناك دراسة أخرى قد أكدت أن الفئران الذين تناولوا قشور التفاح قد انخفضت نسبة إصابتهم بسرطان الكبد إلى 57%.

البكتين الموجود بالتفاح على تدعيم حامض الجلاكتورونيك بحيث يمد الجسم به مما يقلل حاجة الجسم للأنسولين.

أظهرت دراسة برازيلية على أن النساء اللواتي تناولن ثلاثة ثمرات يوميا قد فقدن من أوزانهن بشكل أكبر من أولئك اللاتي لم يتناولن التفاح ضمن غذائهن. لذلك يعتبر غذاء مثاليا للأشخاص الذين يريدون تنحيف أجسامهم وإتباع رجيم غذائي مناسب بجانب النظام الغذائي الأساسي.

أظهرت دراسة أجريت في جامعة أبردين البريطانية أجريت على 2000 من الحوامل , وشوهد تأثير عادات الأكل أثناء الحمل على الطفل بعد 5 سنوات , حيث أشارت الدراسة إلى أن اللواتي تناولن أكثر من أربع ثمرات من التفاح أسبوعيا كان أطفالهن أقل عرضة للإصابة بالربو عن اللاتي تناولن ثمرة أو أقل , وأرجع البحث هذا التأثير إلى خصائص التفاح المضادة للأكسدة. وربما تتخطى فوائد التفاح قوة رئة الأطفال إلى انخفاض الإصابة بأمراض السرطان والأوعية الدموية والقلب أيضا.
